Monthly Rentals in Old Town, Donostia-San Sebastian

Very clean apartment, minutes from the sea & from the many pintxos bars, yet tucked away in a quiet area, no disturbances. Santiago easily communicated, extremely friendly & his recommendations were spot on. Would definitely stay here again if visiting beautiful San Sebastián.

A perfect stay. Javier has thought of everything for a relaxing, comfortable stay. His place is also very convenient to everything there is to do in San Sebastian. You literally have everything at your fingertips. All the sights out the door. Great produce stands, a health food store and a delicatessen right around the corner and tons of pintxo restaurants minutes away. We truly enjoyed our stay at Javier's and would recommend it to anyone. His daughter's artwork decorates the apartment. She's very good! Enjoy your stay at Javier's. You will be happy you chose his place.

Perfect stay for two in the heart of San Sebastian Old Town. Perfectly equipped, stylish and for once a Nespresso machine with enough pods supplied for a four day stay. Excellent Sara ! Open the windows for atmosphere from the square below, close the windows for peace and quiet.

My month-long stay in Mireia apartment in the center of Donostia could not have been better. Firstly: location, location, location. You are not merely in the old town, but in the Heart of the old town on the most busy street and the most popular bars. Market? 2 minutes away. Grocery stores? A handful all around. Bazaars? Asian supermarkets? Yep too. Not to mention the myriad of bars and restaurants from the most traditional to the Michelin-endorsed avant gardes. Mireia herself was also most helpful. She helped us with getting the luggage up the stairs (yes, no elevator but not too high either, we knew when we booked and took a gamble) and was prompt in rectifying some small issues on the first days (heater, changing of bed sheets, and loaning of a vacuum cleaner). If one nitpicks, the street noise and club music bothered us a little before we got used to it. The kitchen and the salon were at opposite ends of the apartment which meant lots of walking back and forth.
