Monthly Rentals in Oldsmar

My wife and I stayed at Kyle's place for two months from mid February until mid April . The condo was exactly as described and as shown in the photos. The kitchen was well equipped and the stocked coffee bar was a nice touch. We found all the basic supplies were provided when we got there. We felt right at home from the start. There was plenty of shopping and things to do in the area. It was very convenient having a Walmart practically across the street. The neighborhood was very nice and we felt safe there during our stay. We would frequently go out walking in the area near the condo and would occasionally go to R.E. Olds park just a short distance away on the bay. There are many tourist attractions and beaches within about a half hour drive. There is a nice community park in the development with a pool however during the time of year we were there the water in the pool was a bit too cold for us to swim. Check in couldn't have been easier and communication with Kyle was excellent.

We loved our stay at the cottage! We had everything we needed for our stay and were sad to leave the peaceful and beautiful backyard. Jim is an excellent host that made check-in/out very smooth. We cant wait to return! Dont miss Fat Beet Farms on your trip - excellent food and bakery!

This is a huge house surrounded by giant oak trees and a lot of land. It has the biggest staghorn fern I have ever seen in front of it. The setting looks like something out of a postcard. The main living area is very comfortable and the kitchen is really nice and well equipped. The beds and bedding are excellent, and the place is clean. The master bedroom, master bath and king size bed are spot-on. Please be aware of the following: the main living space is in the second floor and the 2 main bedrooms are in the third floor so climbing stairs is necessary. The fourth floor has one bed.

Sylvia was a great host and very responsive. The location was great and close to family. The view from the condo was spectacular with beautiful sunsets. Great for bird watching. Nice quiet area. Would recommend to family and friends.
