Está inserida numa pequena aldeia de montanha, a Cava, concelho de Oleiros, rodeada por campos verdejantes onde se pode desfrutar da harmonia da paisagem rural, na presença de uma comunidade local que se dedica à agricultura. Percorra os imensos campos pintados de verde em socalcos, com as suas características paredes de xisto, aprecie e ouça o som da ribeira com as suas quedas de água naturais e moinhos.

Le logement bénéficie d'une terrasse et d'une grande cuisine d'été avec barbecue et four à pain/pizza. A disposition : un terrain de pétanque, une piscine naturelle et autres espaces de détente. Il est possible de louer également la "Villa contiguë 1 de 60m2 avec terrasse" pouvant accueillir 4 personnes supplémentaires.

Three schist houses being restored at the village of Cunqueiros, in the municipality of Proença-a-Nova, form the Casas da Encosta project. Here it’s possible to relive the life history and culture of the region’s people in the comfort of a typical Portuguese village. According to the owner, Nuno Caldeira, the houses are being restored following the local construction tradition where schist, clay and wood are featured. One of them, Casa da Lagariça, has already opened.
