Le clos de la Borde, villa with heated swimming pool from April to September, just renovated, all comfort, 50 m from the port of la cotinière and shops. 3 bedrooms, 6 beds, 3 bathrooms, enclosed garden, trees, quiet and not overlooked. Supervised beach of Matha 3 min by bike, unsupervised beach 300m away. Pedestrian access, large parking lot 50 m away. A sea kayak is available, bike rental opposite the villa. Pets allowed after agreement. Sheets can be rented for 15 euros per bed.
