Private and newly produced 30 sqm apartment with own entrance and terrace. Close to the forest and 3,5 km from the center of Hudiksvall. Closest bus stop 2 min away and if you are here to work, it is: 10 min drive to Holmen Iggesunds bruk and 5 min drive in to the city with the hospital and companies like Hiab, Monitor, Oilquick and Hexatronic. Wifi and parking are included in the rent. Two adults can be accommodated in the double bed and two children can be accommodated in the sofa bed.

There is a small swimming area about 100 meters from the door. Walking distance to the fishing camp Mellanfjärden and Trollska forest. The cabin is from 2000. Modern and well-equipped kitchen. There are nice patios where you can enjoy the amazing view and evening sun. One well-behaved dog welcome Cat can't attend.

Here you live close to fishing, excursion destinations, skiing in Hassela, sea bathing, forests and everything else that northern Hälsingland has to offer. The house is built in the 1880s and was originally a lodge that was then rebuilt into a residential house. The house is located in beautiful Forsa in a rural environment and is therefore also decorated in a rural style. Nature is close by and so are golf courses, ski trails and mountain bike trails. Within walking distance is also Hälsingegården Ystegårn, which has both a restaurant and an interior design shop.
