What an amazing find Jason's place is; the apartment is very stylish, with high quality finishes, and well looked after. It's got everything you need while the building itself offers a nice rooftop pool with a spa, two restaurants, a gym and a 7 Eleven literally next door to the lobby. The location is another big plus. It's a short trike ride to the SM mall and walking distance to the entertainment district but still quiet enough to relax after a night out. Finally, Jason is a great host, and very responsive, so we felt comfortable to reach out if we had any questions/issues. We're in Boracay now and already miss Jason's place, which says a lot. Thanks again for hosting us ;)

great stay very good all round

I've been here a few times and it's always a pleasure to come back. Modern room, comfortable bed, high speed internet and the superb cleaning service.

It was a great stay! All good except for the stove. It took a long while before it heats.

I have stayed at Antonio's place numerous times. Excellent location and Antonio is easy to work with. Definitely will be staying here again.

Ms. Jocelyn was very accommodating. She made sure I had a good check-in experience. This stay includes COVERED parking so you wouldn't have to worry of leaving your car unmanned. Her home was well maintained and kept tidy. The bedroom had its own airconditioning. She provided toiletries, towels, and blankets. The building staff were courteous and helpful. View of the Marquee mall, 1 mini walk to get there! Will dedinitely go back.

I visit the Philippines once a month. Every time I visit the Philippines, I use her accommodation. The reason is cleanliness.Quick response, quick response, friendly service, everything is perfect Also, her friends are the best, and they provide the best service.

The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The place was nice, has complete amenities with three pools, gym, and rooftop deck. The owner was very accommodating when we accidentally left an item behind, they kindly agreed to deliver it back. Will definitely come back in the future.

The host welcomed us warmly, provided us suggestions to dine and visit. Our family loves her place, we feel secured. The location is in the heart of Balanga, coffee shops, stores, and historical places are near the place. If given again a chance, we will come back to her place.

I’m a solo traveller and first time visiting Subic to meet my friends. Ate Jen was so kind to give me early check in because i had an early arrival flight, thank you so much! I highly recommend this place!

From beginning to end, Yuri is a fantastic host! I spent 1 month in her beautiful unit & it was exactly what I needed! Yuri was always only a text away for any questions. The unit is truly beautiful with everything you need for a long, or short, stay. Fully fitted out kitchen, nice relaxing balcony, & very comfortable beds! The condo is so peaceful & quiet with friendly reception staff. Everything you need is walking distance. Royal Duty Free Store, lots more malls & shops, great restaurants & if you get tired of the sparkling quiet pool, the beach is only a few minutes walk. I truly enjoyed staying at Yuri’s place & highly recommend it. Specially if you’re looking to be out of the hassle & noice of Barreto, which is only a short drive away. Thank you Yuri for a wonderful month of relaxation. I truly hope to return.

the accomodation is spacious, good for big groups

The place is very tidy and felt comfortable throughout the stay. I felt relieved not seeing any bugs (almost any but still fine) so the cleanness of the place was great. Cooking station and big fridge helped in cooking when needed. Only problem was the noisy neighbour to the left (the walls are quite thin). I also had the chance to use the pool at the rooftop which was an amazing option. The host is also kind and helpful. If I’m ever back in Angeles I would most likely come back to this place :)

Superb high quality apartment within a well specified modern building which is peaceful but yet within easy walking distance of the Angeles City entertainment district. Having stayed in a number of different Kandi Reality apartments over the past few years I would definetely say that this unit is the best one yet due to the very reasonable price and the extras provided by the host such as fresh water dispensing machine and the fully equiped kitchen which are provided. The host is friendly, professional and responsive. The apartment was immaculate and it was a joy to stay there. Highly recommended!

Place is very nice large sliding doors/windows so you get a nice breeze and plenty of natural light. I took advantage of the daily cleaning.The cleaning staff is very friendly. Does a good job. The complex itself is first class. The apartment complex is as described on the listing. I would definitely stay again.

Another Great Staycation! A Super Host - our second stay - always easy to check in and walkable to nice restaurants and mall!

Location was perfect for our needs, just outside the main busy area but still with all our needs close by. The area has a nice community feel to it without all the noise the city usually produces. the place was perfect with everything our family needed in the apartment which was immaculately clean and even had working hot water which can be a challenge in the country. couldn't be more pleased

This place is just the best in angeles... been 4times here in the last 12 month and everytime was perfect. James and Team give me very good time here... its feels like i visit friends. The appartement is just amazing. You find a really Western standart here. The kitchen is so huge and you can prepare your food there perfect with friends. the 2 bathrooms just perfect. both have a huge shower with hot and fresh water, the pressure is very good. the sleeping room is very huge and the bed let you sleep like a baby. the Area around the ambassador suits is very quite in the night but still close to the night life and Shopping malls. Finally, let me say i come many Times in the last 15years to angeles and tried many places but never find a place like this. Im still belive you never become more for your money in a other place. Im thankfull to James and Team for make my vacation always a enjoyable time.

I really liked the apartment. Nice wide balcony and good breeze on 10th floor. Newly renovated so everything feels new and fresh. I love the inclusions of oven, cold/hot water fountain, 3 plug extension board, upgraded bathroom with shower floor that drains properly, Electronic access which is great but a little scary when it went faulty. Emily the manager is so amazing and so responsive that she is there to help with any problems. I love the inclusion of a Nutri Bullet and I made smoothies most days. Everything you need for cooking if you tire of going outside. The Kandi Towers are just great places to stay. Just be careful walking. I’ve been robbed twice walking in the area. Oh and the 300/300 fibre internet is insane. WOW. Thanks for everything Emily and Mac
