Enjoy your stay in Munich for work (with Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse) or for pleasure, only 3 stops away to the city centre with metro S4/U4 from Boehmerwaldplatz in approx. 5 minutes walk. No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally. Close to a small shopping center for all your needs. Hairstaightener / -dryer and ironing as well available.

This recently renovated and stylishly furnished apartment leaves nothing to be desired. The apartment is very well located, the nearest tram station is a 5-minute walk. From there it takes another 7 minutes to drive to the city center (main train station/Stachus). In addition, the Olympic Park and the Nymphenburg Canal are not too far away. The apartment is equipped with a modern kitchen, stylish bathroom, king-size bed, green balcony and a large, bright living area.

The apartment is not only well-located (near Olympiapark; U2-Milbertshofen, U3-Petuelring; direct connection to the Oktoberfest) but also offers sleeping accommodations for 4 people. 1 double bed (140x200), 2 single beds (90x200 and 80x200). The bathroom is equipped with a shower-tub combo. The kitchen includes a microwave, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a kettle and a coffee machine. There is no stovetop or oven. Towels and bed linens are provided free of charge.

Our wooden house was completed in the summer of 2021. The natural material wood is not only in the facade, on the floor or on the ceiling, wood swirls around you with the great smell and a great feeling of living.
