Locate next door to the YMCA you can hit the gym with a short walk, or head over to one of the nearby shopping centers to find retail stores, grocery stores, restaurants and gyms. If you like golf there is a 9-hole par 3 course less than 1 minute from the house. Need to get downtown or to west Omaha? No problem! You'll have a quick 15 to 20 minute drive to either far end of town.

Main floor apartment in a quiet tree lined neighborhood full of character & charm. Relaxing front porch and back patio. Art sourced from our travels & a fully stocked kitchen. Only two blocks to Downtown Council Bluffs where you can grab a meal, drinks, or shop. Downtown Omaha, airport, Iowa Western Community College, Stir Cove, the Omaha zoo are all within 15 minutes. It is a historic home so will have quirks that come with an older home. The bathroom is a hand held shower/bath only.

You will have your own bedroom (queen bed), bath, laundry room, media room, workout room (treadmill & free weights), & walkout patio with calming water feature. A shared, fully equipped kitchen is yours to enjoy! Wireless Internet. Your pet is welcomed to stay but I do not have a fenced yard.

This fresh, clean cozy house is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Just a few short block off the interstate (no interstate noise) and steps to the Henry Doorly Zoo. It is also just a short drive or Uber ride to the Old Market, Charles Schwab Ball field, Chi Auditorium, Lauritzen Gardens, Offutt Air force Base, Bellevue, Papillion, Harrahs and Ameristar Casinos, Creighton, UP headquarters.

The Zoo House is Omaha's first jungle themed Vacation Rental home.
