Naseebs apartment is located on a beautiful property under the annex of his stylish Omanian house, where he himself lives with his family. If you enter the property, you immediately feel comfortable and are greeted by birdsong. The apartment itself is sparkling clean, cozy and equipped with everything you need. Air conditioning and fan are a blessing at almost 40 degrees outside temperature. The bed is large and cozy. Naseeb is an exceptional host, always helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed the daily conversations with him in the yard. Naseeb also always had good tips for things to do. He provided us with water and coffee and offered us ingredients for breakfast. Since our plane didn't leave until late in the evening, we were allowed to use the apartment until the evening. The residential area is a beautiful villa area. Directly around the corner is a small supermarket where you really get everything you need. Conclusion: Absolutely recommended! We will be back 😃

If you want a quiet place to stay this is it. Small fishing village just outside of Muscat. It’s a 15 minute drive into the city, but you can also walk 2 minutes to the beach and swim with turtles. Hiking trails close by and fisherman willing to take you out on their boats for a very reasonable price just down the street. Abdul Rahman is a great host and has lots of tips to make your trip a real experience. The places is as pictured, simple but clean. There is a small store in the village that has the basics and at night time there’s local guy that sets up a barbeque with meat/seafood on a stick that’s amazing and super cheap.

We really enjoyed our stay. You can walk to several great restaurants coffee shops. It’s less than a 5 minute drive to qurum beach

Munta’s chalet is a perfect place for who is looking for peace, quality time and wants to enjoy nature. The villa looks like what photos show. We were 8 adults and 3 kids. I think that the perfect number (considering the number of bedrooms) is 6/8 persons Munta has been super disposal and he has satisfied our single request. I recommend it!!
