Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. Built on the Omis rock more than 200 years ago, it has been owned by us for the last 50 years, and was renovated in 2024. The house is only a few meters away from restaurants, markets, the beach and cultural sights. Omiš is a city that has a river, sea, mountains... and a soul.
