Because I like old things and want to keep them, I have kept the decorations, shelves, drawers, and other items from the 1940s as they were. It is conveniently located a 2-minute walk from the main street, restaurants, public baths, shopping streets, etc. It is a 3-minute walk to the ropeway that goes up to Sengoji Temple. It is a 15-minute walk from the station. (3 minutes by bus.)It is an old Japanese house, so it is cold in winter. Those who are not good with old things, those who think that a 15-minute walk from the station is difficult (bad location rating). In many cases, I cannot hand over the key. Communication with guests is often only by email or phone. We ask that you contact us one hour before check-in. Please read the images, descriptions, etc. carefully before making a reservation. This is the only accommodation near Shin-Onomichi Station. The accommodation is a traditional Japanese house, and you will stay in the main house. Limited to one group per day, it can accommodate up to 4 guests. Only one dog can stay with you (but it must be kept in a cage in the tatami room). Because it is close to the Shinkansen, there is noise and vibration every time it passes. It may not be suitable for those who are sensitive to sound. (It is quiet because it does not operate from 11:40 pm to 6:20 am) If you are staying with 2 people, you can have separate bedrooms. Or you can combine two single beds to make a double bed. Please let us know what you need. Please be careful as smoking is not allowed.

We renovated the villa, which was built in the early Showa era and has one of the best views in Onomichi, to be easy to use and functional. While keeping the beauty of the traditional house, we have added comfortable modern innovations to create a space where you can enjoy the nostalgic and good traditional culture of Japan.
