Absolutely wonderful place to stay! My wife and I felt it was the perfect weekend getaway, and Carol showed great hospitality/communication. The place smelled as clean as it looked, and it was very well stocked. Couldn't have asked for a better time!

Can’t say enough!! We did not want our stay to end. We throughly enjoyed ourselves! Beautiful place, very personal touches to the home. Love and comfort permeates every space. I will most definitely visit again. I’m already planning more stays in the near future. I can see why the spring and summer is already booked.

My wife and I booked for a weekend getaway and we couldn’t be more delighted. PRIVATE is what we were looking for and privacy is what we got. The home was clean and had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit and I even TRIED to catch a fish, with the provided fishing equipment. No luck there, but otherwise the weekend was perfect. Very close by was the Float Spa where we booked a float session. It was great. Highly recommend. So the property seems to be a work in progress. Even with all of the great amenities they are adding upgrades. The fire pit area is new and we brought a bundle of wood and enjoyed the area Saturday night. We only encountered neighbors when driving in and out (friendly wavers). Very quiet…and did I mention PRIVATE. We will be back and will book another float spa visit too. Thanks for a great Pre-Valentine weekend.

This was an absolutely perfect Topsail vacation home! We loved every minute of our stay. The location is absolutely fantastic. So close to the little local shops and restaurants as well as super close to the bridge going over to the mainland.. The house itself was spotless and quite comfortable. Had everything we needed to cook full meals. Plenty of kitchenware for our group of seven. Proximity to the beach is by far the most fantastic detail of this house! The little private sandy beach *yard* attached to the deck is awesome for kids and the beach itself just down a few steps is so amazing. We could even sit in bed and see the ocean waves! This is the best house with beach access and views we've stayed at in Topsail. Also positive to note, the entire property being fenced in felt incredibly safe for kids and was fantastic for our dog. We realized the apartment was a part of the rental unit and we were so pleasantly surprised! It was a great separate space! Overall highly recommend!

The home was very spacious and very clean, the lot was very private, Carol was a great host and very responsive. The hot tub and porches were so relaxing!!! The beach is just a short drive away as well as the grocery store. The beds were very comfortable.

We had a great stay with our 2 kids and 2 dogs. Very comfy and great to have a backyard for the pups. Easy access to the beach and you can hear the waves and almost see the ocean, if the neighbor across the street would trim one of their bushes :)

This Airbnb was one of the best we’ve ever stayed at. It was extremely clean and organized which is a must for me. They had a plethora of supplies that you’d need during a stay like towels, toilet paper, soap, even shampoo & conditioner in the shower. They even provided some water bottles and chips which was nice! It was in a very quiet area with really nice neighbors. We had our 2 smaller dogs with us and it was perfect! Bill was super responsive and the instructions were clear! We’ll definitely stay again when we’re in the area!

Had a great time here in Topsail and this place was a big reason why!!

We had a great long weekend stay. The house exceeded our expectations, was spacious and the views were incredible. Only a half mile drive to the bridge leading to the surf city pier.

Benny's place was exactly as described. We stayed here for Thanksgiving, and it was the perfect spot for our family. We brought our boat and appreciated the convenience of being able to launch it right from the ramp. The location was easy to find, and we had no trouble accessing the house. The property was clean, tidy, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Benny was a great host, easy to communicate with, and made sure we had everything we needed for a fantastic experience.

Unfortunately, we had to leave early. But if you are looking for the perfect beach view and to step from the deck to the sand, this house is for you! The house has everything you need for a perfect vacation. The host is pleasant and quick to answer your questions.

Comfortable, clean space. Great location and easy access to the beach. Use of surf board was an added bonus. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again!

Amber was so unbelievably nice and accommodating. The location was fantastic and close to everything in Surf City. The beach was about a 25 second walk from the house - you just can’t beat it. I highly recommend staying here. I can’t say enough great things about this house and host.

This place was Awesome. Donelle was a great person to sit and visit with as well. very personable. We truly loved our stay there. We had a great time. Shopping and food was so close and the home was so extraordinary cozy it's true to its name. Definitely will highly recommend it and will b on our list to stay again. Thanks for everything Donelle. This was our second time staying in this cute little cottage. Love that it’s keyless, so you don’t have to worry about keys on the beach. Beach access is across the street, and isn’t steps, so it’s great if you use a beach wagon. Location is great with so many great restaurants you can walk to, as well as the grocery store. Definitely a great place to stay!

The location is perfect! Literally one small block and a parking lot from the IGA. I just wheeled my Strollee beach cart there most days, parked it outside because it was sandy, asked the friendly folks for no bags, then proceeded to shift it to my own beach cart and walk home all in a few minutes!! The beach access is basically one building down and across the street (which had minimal slow traffic) and no stairs involved. We’re only a couple hours away so beach chairs, etc we had but the shed was really well stocked- and it was late in the season. The sheets and towels were really quality. We encountered only cool water on arrival but Amy guided us through resetting the breaker, then came to personally check on us, and was ready with an offer to move us if it didn’t work! It worked, all was well but she said she already has a tankless system ready to install. Then at the end of the week she helped me work out some logistics I hadn’t foreseen. Couldn’t have been better!!
