Nestled in the mountains with a beautiful pond right outside your door. We reside on the property yet a fair distance from the cabin.

We have a Wolf, don't be alarmed she is as friendly as can be and will greet you and escort you to the cabin. Relax in this peaceful quiet space! This studio apartment is above a shared garage/entrance with the home owner. The homeowner and her daughter and 2 over friendly dog live on the property. The cabin is on 5 acres with a beautiful yard and pond that you can enjoy. The studio is 5 minutes from the town; local restaurants, train station, theater are some of the few attractions. The highway is 7 minutes away. 3 miles dirt road The Vermont hills and trails await your adventure!

Looking for a Rustic adventure? ...the Sugar House is your stop. Well water no longer comes via a hand pump (we just added running hot and cold water!) but there is still an outhouse in the back. A favorite of many of our "regulars" with a great view of the sunrise. You are on 55 acres with two ponds for swimming, fishing, and paddling, plenty of hilltops to hike to and soak in panoramic views... and plenty of privacy.
