Monthly Rentals in Orange

The space was even better than the pictures! Pretty spacious and loved all the accommodations. It was a great spot to stay while I was visiting family in town! Would definitely want to stay here again in the summer months. The host was also very helpful and responsive when we reached out about ice in the driveway due to the weather during our visit.

Really lovely place. Felt as cozy as a comforting memory. It was nice to snuggle up by the fire through our stay. The house had all needed amenities. We did have to buy wood and suggest Hannaford that had some stored inside so it was dry and burned well. Highly recommend this getaway home!

I thought Derricks place was great the only thing is if your somebody who want a shower but Derrick event lent me his shower to use. So really my only hang up is if your someone like me who does Ubers and Lyfts your far out so it took me a while to find Ubers and Lyfts to drive me. I would say if you choose this location I would recommend renting a car. Other than that for the price you can't beat it. I think it's a good single mans retreat nice quiet place to just relax out in a more rural part of Mass. Derrick is a great host I would say for the rate it's definitely worth giving a try! 👍

Host was extremely responsive!! Everything was in great condition and very comfortable place to stay. If I go back would rebook the space in a minute! Thanks!!
