GiGi’s HouseSmall, cozy studio walking distance of Orange Park Medical Center. The detached mother in law suite has been recently updated with central heat, granite counter tops. Wifi is available . This suite is located near downtown Orange Park, 25 minutes from TIAA Bank Field the Home of the Jaguars and Daily's Place Amphitheater , 45 minutes to Historic St. Augustine. This guest house is on our personal property and guest will be sharing a parking area with the homeowners. We have older children and dogs of our own that will likely bark through the fence at you and your dog but care has been taken to separate the property allowing for privacy and to separate the dogs. As dog owners know dogs will be dogs. The guest house is situated between our personal home and our neighbors backyard the atmosphere is normally quiet but we are out of control of our neighbors noise level next door. Usually we don’t have any issues with noise so that should not be a factor.
The Retreat | Self-checkin (shared house)IMPORTANT TO NOTE: • This is a single room listing, not an entire house: we have three permanent residents and a cat as well. • No unregistered guests allowed for liability reasons. Please book the correct number of guests staying. • Not suitable for romantic getaways or one-night stands. Please use a hotel for those escapades. This room is best geared toward personal travel, travelers passing through, military travels (we're right beside the base), and medical trips (providers and patients). We are NOT SUITED for "romantic getaways” because have three residents who live here long-term, and at least two work from home full time. The room and bathroom are private, and in the corner of the house, but it is not entirely soundproof. THE BEDROOM is stocked with extra blankets, extra pillows (soft, medium, and firm), charging ports, note pad and pens, hand sanitizer, and a box fan. THE BATHROOM might be shared with other guests, and is stocked with bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, hand soap, shower gel (body wash), shampoo, conditioner, lotion, q-tips, cotton swabs, face wipes, and some feminine care products. Certain additional amenities are available upon request, and noted in the room's guidebook. The pool, patio, kitchen, and laundry rooms are available for use as well. We have a business room available, as well.
