This special place is close to town. Entire private guest studio with private entrance. NO SHARED SPACES. Our house is an end of the road property. You have your own parking area and your own small patio out front to enjoy the sunset from. We have a small dog, 2 goats, 2 sheep, chickens and ducks, all generally a ways from the studio in other areas of the property. We're 10 minutes from the ferry, 7 min. to town & 14 min. from Moran State Park. No kitchen, but there's a microwave and fridge.
