Cottage with sea view in the center of Öregrund. Only 100m to the beach. 30 square meters. Small bedroom with double bed and a loft with two beds. Fully equiped kitchen, shower and WC. Self-catering. Öregrund is a charming city on the east coast with wooden houses and narrow alleys. In summer there are plenty of restaurants and cafés. To the south lies the Stockholm archipelago with open sea to the north. 1.5 hours from Arlanda airport. Bus to Uppsala every 30 minutes. 5 minute walk to the bus station and ferry to Gräsö. We live in a house on the same grounds and are happy to help with your holiday in Öregrund. We have several extra bikes that can be used for excursions to Gräsö and various nice beaches. The nearest golf course is 6 km. Bed linen and final cleaning included.

Relax in this unique and peaceful accommodation with proximity to the swimming area. Here you enter the calm directly surrounded by the turn-of-the-century charm, linseed oil painted beadboard, well-equipped kitchen with large gas stove for those interested in cooking as well as amenities such as a dishwasher and water from a newly drilled well. Enjoy sitting in front of a crackling fire after a walk in the mushroom forest or cooling AC in the summer. The house was completely renovated in 2020. No shower and toilet inside but has a newly built outdoor shower and fresh outdoor toilet.

In the living room there is a sofa, table, armchairs, TV and a cozy fireplace. The bathroom area consists of a large shower room, sauna and separate toilet. This summer cottage is 45 sqm, consists of 2 bedrooms with a total of 4 beds. The plot consists mostly of lawn, suitable for outdoor play. You will have access to two patios, one of which is south-facing. Outdoor grill is available. In the immediate area, within walking distance of the house, there is access to swimming at the jetty, rocks, and beach. The beach is child-friendly and is a 3-minute walk from the house. Lovely plot with a fantastic view of a very beautiful bay with its own beach! Watch the sun set over the lake, a wonderful spectacle and cliffs right at your doorstep. During the summer months, there is a jetty with a swimming ladder down into the water and a small rowing boat that provides the opportunity for swimming and fishing in the bay.
