Perfect place for a calm and relaxing holiday! We felt as we were visiting an old friend of ours. Kyriakos was very welcoming and kind host who was available at all times. The room was incredebly clean and tidy with all amenities needed for a good stay. The location was perfect - quiet and at the same time close to the center of Psakoudia. There is plenty of parking space as there are parking spots infront and on the opposite side of the road which are available to the public and were always free. Overall a very nice vacation, we recommend with both hands!

Lovely stay for one more time. This place makes me feel like home and this is the reason why I choose the same location every time I travel to Chalkidiki for work. This place offers all kind of necessary equipment and amenities for a comfortable stay. Thank you once again Maria for everything!

Başta zorlansakta konumu rahatça bulduk.odamiz tıpkı anlatildigi gibi son derece temiz düzenli ve konforluydu.tüm eşyalar son derece zevkli ve kaliteli seçilmişti, sanki ilk defa kullanılıyor gibiydi.odamizin manzarası çok güzeldi ,hem sabah kahvesi için hemde güneşin batışını izlemek için harikaydı .bu huzur dolu mükemmel tatil icin Sarah a tesekkur ederiz...

Чисте, прекрасне житло де є все що потрібно для відпочиваючих, в 3-4 хвилинах пішки від пляжу. Кухня укомплектована індукційною плиткою, електричним чайником, кавоваркою, кастрюлями і т.д. Гаряча вода завжди була, барбекю користувалися майже кожен день. Біля 10 години ранку кожного дня по вулиці їздила машина-холодильник і продавала свіжу рибу від рибаків. Пляж чистий, мілкий пісок з невеликою кількістю камінців, а море неймовірної чистоти і краси На пляжі декілька кафе, ресторанчиків. Поряд є міні маркет. Їздили купатися на інші пляжі, були і більші пляжі і пісочок гарніший і камінців немає, але прийшли до висновку що наш - найкращий. Житло знаходиться на паралельній вуличці від траси де завжди тихо. Двір достатньо великий і зелений, є де посушити купальники. Wi-Fi чудовий. Сільвія міняла рушники кожні два дні, так як і білизну. Наприкінці ми придбали оливкову олію від господаря, поряд дуже багато оливкових плантацій. Повернемося сюди обов'язково. Рекомендуємо дуже!

Благодарим от сърце на Аристидис, че ни прие в дома си, въпреки краткия ни престой. Чувствахме се удобно в дома му. Мястото е чудесно, близо до центъра на Неа Перамос. Всичко е изключително близо : плажове заведения, магазини. Бихме посетили домът му отново, благодарим за гостоприемството.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The view was absolutely amazing—even better than the photos. The location was quiet and peaceful, yet still close to nearby attractions, which made it super convenient. The private beach just 10 seconds away was such a highlight, with tanning beds reserved just for us and a cozy sitting area near the water for relaxing. We loved having our own table and chairs outside to enjoy meals with that stunning view. The place was very clean and just as described. The host and staff were incredibly kind and attentive, coming by on the third day to change our towels and sheets, which was a nice touch. Parking was great, and the welcome snacks made us feel right at home. There were a few minor inconveniences: the pan and shower handles were broken, we found a baby scorpion and small centipede in the bathroom, and after a rainy night, we didn’t have warm water for a short time. But these were minor compared to how wonderful everything else was. Recommend!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Dafnis Haus. Die direkte Lage am Meer und der wunderschöne große Garten, in dem uns Schildkröten besucht haben, war wirklich toll. Wir haben die Ruhe außerhalb der Saison sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit Dafni lief prima und ein flexibler Check out hat uns eine stressfreie Abreise ermöglicht . Vielen Dank für alles, wir kommen gern wieder.
