We got to Bruny Island late in the evening but checking in was a breeze with Rae’s thoughtful instructions. The house was adorned with hemp products- from the walls down to the bed linen. There is a sizeable lot for parking, a cosy living area, a well stocked kitchen/pantry as well as a washer-cum-dryer- which was practically everything for a comfortable stay. Nice gesture with the free gin, overall we enjoyed our stay at Sativa house.

This is a lovely home which provides for in-house relaxation or local excursions. The host made the two children in our party very welcome and catered for their needs, as well as providing special touches for the adults. We had a lovely time!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! Everything was perfectly clean, and we were pleasantly surprised to find coffee and tea provided for us. The beds were very comfortable with fresh, clean linens. The view of the mountains and the sea was absolutely breathtaking, and the location made it very easy to get to. Every detail was carefully thought out, making our stay truly relaxing and memorable. We would love to come back again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway!

If I could have given Mandala 10 stars I would have. The house is beautifully located and the surrounds are natural and peaceful. There is a walking track right across the street that is gorgeous. Wina’s house is charming spacious and warm- it encourages the gathering of loved ones, the creation of beautiful food, conversations,laughter and love. We loved the games shed and the grass with benches for our Finska competitions. The kids loved the playhouse. Every single one of us had a wonderful time and loved the house. Thanks Wina!

What a perfect place, exactly as describe plus more. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and had everything you could possibly need. The beds were comfy, plenty of firewood as it was chilly of a night and the location was perfect for our trip. Our dog had a wonderful time too. Highly recommend this place.

We loved it. It felt like arriving at home. The garden is magnificient, the plants inside are stunning. The kitchen is extremely well equipped to cook. The fire place is gorgeous. We have a great time.

Thank you Mieke for hosting us! We adored the peace & quiet, beautiful surroundings and ease of access to a plethora of walking trails. The views, especially at sunrise, were just stunning. The deep spa bath was a welcome treat after a long hike 🙂

The host and her lovely family are very friendly and easy . Sandy bay main park / ocean views are only 5 min walk - posh and nice area

Macey went above and beyond to make us very welcome and comfortable . We were able to check out later which gave us a little more time to pack up. We loved the outdoor fireplace the firewood was all ready and well stocked . Very cosy and homey , very comfortable bed and crisp linen. The record player was a hit and enjoyed the board games . Make sure you are well stocked up and prepare if cooking to save time and money with shopping etc however there is enough great cafes and unique restaurants around . Great facilities for dogs and dog friendly beach close by . If there was a laundry it would totally be a 10/10 however that did not disappoint us as it wasn’t a priority . A wonderful relaxing place and totally recommend if you like to be away from the hustle and bustle . Beautiful flora and fauna surrounding in particular the birds and flowers . A home with character !

Lovely spot to stay within easy walking distance of everything in Hobart.

Excellent place to stay, extremely serene with 9 Mile Beach as a highlight just down the dunes. Highly responsive and proactive host with delicious eating only a short drive away. I only wish we could have stayed longer!

From the moment we arrived we were in awe of the space created by Michelle and Blu x The attention to detail is evident from the beautiful decor to the generous provisions - they have literally thought of everything- ensuring a comfortable experience. Michelle and Blu were the perfect hosts and their love of this property is evident in its presentation - thankfully they are happy to share it with us all 😍 Extremely comfortable beds; linens to die for and squeaky clean 🧼 This is the ONLY air BnB I didn’t feel like I had to wash dishes and utensils in before using!!! Thank you so much for sharing a space around your fireplace 🔥 and creating a memorable experience for us all - including our pet Daisy Doo. This is our new favourite place and top of the list for future visits to the Huon x. Michelle and Blu are truly amazing people and you will not be disappointed- unless you miss out !!!! We loved our nights at lemon tree cottage, what a beautiful place! So worth the money! Kasey was lovely and so helpful when needed! There were extra little goodies left for us when we arrived which was beautiful and so unexpected! We will definitely be back sometime in the future, Thankyou Kasey for having us!

Beautiful, cosy house with a stunning view and set in a wide open space. Katharine was very helpful and accommodating. The kids particularly loved the table tennis table and the soccer net.
