Other amenities are a large screen porch, fire pit, and a large yard for lawn games. The Yates cottage is great for couples, families, dogs, joggers, walkers, bikers, fishers and boaters. The home is on a Busy Road but once you enter the sunroom you feel like you are in paradise. There will be some road noise.
