The bathroom is large and modern and was brand new in 2019. There is a covered outdoor deck with rural views to neighbouring farms and there is ample parking for cars/trailers/campervans. Continental breakfast is complimentary.

Karearea Cottage is on 4 acres with a horse/donkey next to the cottage. We are central to the Waikato, minutes from the Waikato Expressway/SH1 - approx. an hours drive to Auckland, west coast surfing/fishing beaches like Raglan, 90 mins to east coast Coromandel's world renowned beautiful beaches, a short drive to Hakarimata bushwalks with 800 year old Kauri, Golf Course, Hot Pools, Huntly Speedway, 20 minutes to Hamilton, Hampton Downs Raceway, and lovely cafe's a short drive.
