Nice hiking opportunities to Fossfjellet, Kneppfjellet, Omnfjellet and Ruten. The cabin has 2 bedrooms and a double bed on the loft, TV and WIFI. Rowboat can be borrowed if desired. Approx. 100 sqm porch/patios surround the property. Plenty of outdoor furniture and pillows. An annex with living room, bedroom, bathroom and sauna can be rented additionally.

Cozy "Stabbur", 30 min. from Trondheim

Stabburet is located at Brøttem Gård in Klæbu, Trondheim Municipality. The location is rural (by Selbusjøen and Brungmarka) and excellent for day trips in the countryside both on foot and on skis. Jetty is available at Selbusjøen in summer. From here you can paddle in a kayak/canoe or row a trip. The farm is close to Gjenvollhytta and Langmyra ski resort if you want to go skiing on groomed slopes. Day trips to Kråkfjellet and Rensfjellet are possible. Vassfjellet is 10 min away and only 30 min to Trondheim :)

With good bus connections just nearby, you can easily get to Trondheim in 35 min and to Orkanger in 10 min. With just a short walk away is an idyllic swimming area. On the porch you can sit and enjoy a cup of coffee while enjoying the view. Or the evenings can be enjoyed around the campfire. In the dark season, you can often see the Northern Lights over the fjord

The cabin is 28 m2 big and is available for up to 2 people. Upstairs mezzanine with a ladder-accessed bed and a comfy sleeping couch below. Free parking by the road and only 1 minute walk down a small hill to the house. The jacuzzi cost extra to use, depends on how many days. No smoking and no parties.
