Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)

Unique sea front cabin. Very modern and fully equipped. Amazing view over the fjord. The cabin is located 10-15 min outside the city center, with bus departure every hour. Bus stop 1 min away. The cabin is 28 m2 big and is available for up to 2 people. Upstairs mezzanine with a ladder-accessed bed and a comfy sleeping couch below. Free parking by the road and only 1 minute walk down a small hill to the house. The jacuzzi cost extra to use, depends on how many days. No smoking and no parties.

Modern and spacious cottage of about 140 sqm idyllically located near the beach at Selbusjøen, only half an hour's drive from Trondheim city center. Spacious with all amenities and well equipped kitchen. Two bathrooms, one of which has a combined washing machine and dryer. Two bedrooms with beds for adults and a children's room with bed for older children. In addition, there is a basement living room with a double sofa bed with two pull-out beds. It's origins hidden in the unknown of history, this compact and cozy cabin was purposed as a post office and general store from the 1870s. Several details from this era have been kept, like its' original timber walls and ceiling. The cabin is on our beautiful Island of Stavøy, with lots of options for outdoors activities and in particular, fishing. If you are lucky, you might even be a part of the traditional wild salmon fishing every summer. Welcome!
