Cozy apartment in the center of Trondheim. The apartment is located in the backyard of an older townhouse from 1878 in the heart of Ila. There is a separate entrance to the apartment. The landlord lives in his own part of the townhouse. The apartment consisted of a room that is combined living room and kitchen. In addition, the apartment has a hallway with sliding door closet, bathroom with washing machine, dryer and new shower enclosure, loft with sleeping alcoves and terrace outside the apartment. Walking distance to most things but also good bus connections.

Fantastic place with unique location and lovely view, right on the waterfront. You have the whole place for yourself, 2 nice cabins with terrace and large lawns around. Close to the bus and the city centre, without losing the cottage feeling. Quiet and private, with water and mountains that you can enjoy both day and night. Both cabins have a living room, bathroom with toilet, kitchen and bedroom. Shower in one bathroom. Outside there are several dining groups, sun loungers, daybed, trampoline, fire pan and private boat.

Recharge your batteries at this unique and tranquil place to stay. In walking distance to the fast boat dock with calls from Kristiansund/Brekstad/Trondheim as well as parking if you bring a car. Grocery store a short walk away. Lovely views and opportunities for nearby hikes. Small bench with kettle, fridge, microwave and dining area. Note: There is no hot plate/oven in the apartment! Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)

Unique sea front cabin. Very modern and fully equipped. Amazing view over the fjord. The cabin is located 10-15 min outside the city center, with bus departure every hour. Bus stop 1 min away. The cabin is 28 m2 big and is available for up to 2 people. Upstairs mezzanine with a ladder-accessed bed and a comfy sleeping couch below. Free parking by the road and only 1 minute walk down a small hill to the house. The jacuzzi cost extra to use, depends on how many days. No smoking and no parties.
