The tenant leaves the cabin in the same condition as on arrival. Cleaning is arranged with the landlord - NOK 600/800 for stays of 3 days or more. Fantastic place with unique location and beautiful views, right on the waterfront. You have the whole place to yourself, 2 nice cottages with terrace and large lawns around. Close to the bus and city center, without losing the cabin feeling. Quiet and private, with water and mountains that you can enjoy both day and night. Both cabins have a living room, bathroom with toilet, kitchen and bedroom. Shower in one bathroom. Outside there are several dining groups, sun beds, daybed, trampoline, fire pan and private boat.

Main room of 20m2 with kitchenette, 6m2 bedroom with 3 beds, veranda w and w/o roof and Biolan toilet in shed. 12 V electricity from solar cell. No running water in cabin but from nearby stream. Wood stove in cabin and gas burner and fire pan outside.

Toll road, kr. 80,- to be paid at youpark within 48 hrs after passing to avoid extra cost.

Welcome to our cabin in Hornlia, Oppdal, in the outskirt of Trollheimen. This is a good base for hiking in summer and skiing in winter. Beds / mattresses for six persons. You have to bring your own linen and towels. Cleaning / vacuuming before leaving. The cabin was new in January 2018 and contains: Two bedrooms, each with double beds. At the loft we have four mattresses on the floor. Bath with bathtub. Kitchen and living room. There is enough quilts and pillows for six persons.

The cabin in the woods is located on Byneset in Trondheim municipality. Nice view of Trondheim fjord and rich wildlife. Close to Byneset golf at Spongdal. 30 min drive by car to Trondheim. The road to the cabin is somewhat steep and winding. In winter, the road is cleared and salted. It is an advantage to have a good winter car.
