The sea areas outside are rich in fish and shellfish, excellent for fishing or diving. The sandy beach in direct vicinity is fine for both families with children or those engaged in free diving. From the cabin you can see the sunset over the archipelago of Tarva with the windmills at Valsneset in silhouette. If you are lucky, you can sit in the Jacuzzi and watch the sea eagle, or the northern lights dance across the sky.

The towel is rented to those who want sun from morning to evening. Here you can enjoy the sunrise and sunset, see Halten lighthouse blinking in the distance, watch Hurtigruta pass by or just enjoy the stillness. Exit only, no transparency. The property is in 5 acres and a large green area means that there is a lot of playground around the house, little shyness from neighbors and surrounding activities. The house is built in 1929 and is a charming house with a lot of space. Brekstad is only an hour by fast boat from Trondheim and Solvang is a 10 min walk from the fast boat dock. Ørland offers a lot of nature, bike trails, hiking trails and historical sights.

Floating docks are under construction with their own space for processing fish. Freezers are also available. Pictures are coming. The boats are only available between April 1st and October 1st
