Short distance to Åfjord city center (10 min) starting point via Ferrata, pool and short walk down towards the sea. Perfect for excursion to Stokkøya and Linesøya. Lovely drive of about 45 minutes to Stokkøy. Stylish bathtub in bathroom with over 4 meters ceiling height with sea view from both bathtub and shower. In winter there are nice skiing opportunities in Austdalen (10 min drive) and Momyr(30 min drive).5 G internet.

The residence has been recently restored and includes modern qualities and comforts such as WiFi, dishwasher, washing machine, bathtub and shower. The outdoor area is peaceful and rich in content and there is a large terrace with a gas grill as well as a children's play apparatus. There is parking right at the door and possibility of charging electric car.
