Spacious garden with a nice and flat area in front of the house for volleyball, badminton etc. The property is well sheltered for weather and wind inside Oksvollbukta, 50 meters from the boat marina and the spring. Sit back and relax in this quiet, elegant place. The cabin appears to be new in a quiet cabin area. Short distance to Åfjord city center (10 min) starting point via Ferrata, pool and short walk down towards the sea. Perfect for excursion to Stokkøya and Linesøya. Lovely drive of about 45 minutes to Stokkøy. Stylish bathtub in bathroom with over 4 meters ceiling height with sea view from both bathtub and shower. In winter there are nice skiing opportunities in Austdalen (10 min drive) and Momyr(30 min drive).5 G internet.

Solvang is located in the middle of the sandwich on Brekstad center in a quiet residential area. The property is in 5 acres and a large green area means that there is a lot of playground around the house, little shyness from neighbors and surrounding activities. The house is built in 1929 and is a charming house with a lot of space. Brekstad is only an hour by fast boat from Trondheim and Solvang is a 10 min walk from the fast boat dock. Ørland offers a lot of nature, bike trails, hiking trails and historical sights.

Make memories in this unique and family-friendly place! Idyllically located apartment in farmhouse in peaceful surroundings by the Bjugnfjord. The residence has been recently restored and includes modern qualities and comforts such as WiFi, dishwasher, washing machine, bathtub and shower. The outdoor area is peaceful and rich in content and there is a large terrace with a gas grill as well as a children's play apparatus. There is parking right at the door and possibility of charging electric car.

A charming, fully renovated house close to the beach available for rent. The interior takes you 120 years back in time, with my great grandfathers old workbench used to make frames and fishing tools. The grindstone outside the house can still be used to grind your knives. The house has 2 bedrooms, one with a 160 bed and the other with a 140 bed. The loft has 2 beds, great for kids. The bathroom has a washing machine and a dryer. I have WiFi, a TV screen, Netflix and a DVD player with dvd’s.
