It is located in one of the most pleasant streets of the old pedestrian center, close to the banks of the Loire, all shops and bars/restaurants, and the many tourist sites to visit on foot (Cathedral, Jeanne d'Arc House, Groslot Hotel, Place du Martroi...) Important: Work is taking place on the street as in all of old Orleans. This is not a problem in terms of noise, but the street is a little hidden by the tarpaulins!

Orléans city centre and La Source district (Universities, BRGM, CNRS...) accessible in 10 minutes by car or bike (bike path nearby). The Zenith and Co'Met are quickly accessible on foot. Many shops nearby (bakery, pharmacy, butcher, wine shop, bar-tobacconist, post office, restaurants, supermarkets, shopping area, etc.). Bus 5/10 min, tram 15 min walk.
