It offers guests the opportunity to relax in peaceful surroundings whilst enjoying the wonderful turquoise waters of the area. The place is also recommended for sports activities such as hiking and trekking. It has a wonderful view to Mount Athos. Our house is suitable for families with children and all adult stays. Lena's and Sofi's summer house, is beautifully situated just 700 meters from Trani Ammouda Beach and 1 km from the picturesque village of Ormos Panayia. In the area you will find traditional restaurants, supermarket, pharmacies, beach bars, café-bars etc., as well as many other beaches and places since we are located in the most central point of the second arm of Halkidiki. The house, fully equipped, is ready to welcome you.This unique location waits you, to explore it.

The house has a unique view of the sea. It is located in Ormos Panagias and is just 5 minutes away from the beach of Trani Ammouda. The house has air conditioning, an oven and a washing machine. It has a courtyard with a barbecue area. It has 2 rooms, one with a double bed and one room with 4 single beds, the 2 beds are in a loft and have access by stairs. It has 1 toilet with shower and 1 toilet for exclusive use. It has 1.5 bathrooms. There is free parking for 1 car.

A unique wooden house on the beach! All you need in 34m2! It's the iHouse and it's fully equipped with all needed amenities. The iHouse is placed on our field in Nea Skioni, right in front of the sea. If you are looking for a place to getaway, relax and enjoy the beauties of nature, then the iHouse is ideal for you! There is a self check in system allocated at the location. You will be provided with all the needed information prior to your arrival.

The house is located at the beginning of the old settlement of Nikiti. This is a newly renovated space that in the past has been a historic building that functioned as a Chalkidio (old iron shop). It is a detached house that has a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom, as well as 2 air conditioners in each area of the house. The house also has a spacious terrace and private parking.

Alterra Vita Eco Villas: Suite with sunset view

Functionality, nature and breathtaking views with a pinch of luxury. Alterra Vita Eco Villas (Itamos & Kelyfos) are two (2) independent accommodation suites that are set at a 6-acres private piece of land among fields with olive trees and they can accommodate 2-4 people each. Located up on the hill – 300m from sea level, just 700m before the traditional village of Parthenon and only 5 km away from Neos Marmaras.

Enjoy moonlit nights and warm sunrises with island views. Walk to the bottom of the hill to your private little Pebble beach (warning it is a little bit of a hike to the bottom). We are in between Vouvourou, and Ormos Panagia and a car is needed. The bedroom has a queen but 3 guests can fit due to a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The apartment is about 40 square meters.
