The arrival was problem-free; the apartment was really a gem, lovingly furnished, everything you need, kitchen well equipped; coffee for arrival there, also spices, water, two nice bathrooms, cozy beds, beautiful garden; we felt completely comfortable and also welcome

Ideal location in the city center, while being perfectly quiet (overlooks an inner courtyard where we had breakfast every morning). Really cozy apartment, well thought out, pleasant to live in, tasteful decor, beautiful brightness. Perfectly equipped kitchen. Two comfortable beds. We are delighted with our stay and recommend this apartment without restriction.

We had a great time in Avignon. The apartment is even better than in the photos and the environment is ideal for those looking for relaxation in a quiet and refreshing environment. Patrick advised us on nearby activities and was very responsive to communications. Recommended without recommendation!

The reason we were in the apartment was not so much to visit Dole so we know little about the area. Emmy always responded immediately when we had a question or sent a message. It was a pleasant stay!

Fanny is a very friendly host, the accommodation is very nice as described and photos. Quiet location close to amenities. I would definitely recommend it and would go back the next time I visit the area.

What a wonderful stay we had! Appartement was super clean, confortable, so well thought! We are very grateful for such a perfect time in your place! Beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped. Nice and spotless bathroom. very nicely decorated, well designed and so much though about guests. highly recommended!!! There are some steps to enter the building, but you are so close to downtown and nice restaurants, bakery. Only our best recommendations for this nice studio! Thank you very much!

Week of 03 to 10 August 2024: very pleasant house and garden, a very convenient garage. Close to the greenway ,the canal,not far from the city center and the shops of Dole . The owners are very responsive to our requests. Great value for the money .

The accommodation is very good (equipment and cleanliness). Eric and Laure are superb, they are accessible and communicative. We enjoyed spending time with them. We recommend it +++

If the price looks a little high at first , the place is perfect! Impeccable cleanliness, complete equipment and very good quality and to top it off: a quiet place with a very nice view ( and the hot tub )!

This was the best Airbnb I’ve ever had the chance to stay at while traveling. The home was stunning, the grounds were beautiful, and the surrounding area was breathtaking. We had so much fun just walking through the vineyards and exploring the town. We are already discussing a trip back!

Impeccable accommodation, well-equipped, neat interior, quiet and peaceful place. Feeling at home while being in someone else's home is a sign that everything is done to make sure we're there.

Thanks to Charlie for this cozy and nicely decorated home. Very responsive host. Good geographical location (10 minutes from Dole, 45 minutes from Dijon and Beaune, 1 hour 15 minutes from the Hérisson waterfalls). Departure nearby, several bike circuits (circuit through the vineyards from Dijon to Santenay...) or hikes. Pleasant stay in Menotey, I would recommend it.

A very pleasant stay, perfect accommodation super well located near convenience store pharmacy bakery butchery restaurant super well equipped and tastefully decorated, this is the 2nd time we go there and think about going back. Very friendly and caring host. I highly recommend it.

great stay! it's in Erin's beautiful place that we spent 3 days with friends, there were 9 of us. The apartment is very spacious and pleasant. It is very well arranged and with lots of useful amenities. I recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a stay with family or friends in a quiet and soothing place!

I start studying here shortly, and booked the room for a few months. The stay is suitable for both short and long stays, Laure ensures the guests are quiet, respectful and clean. She is incredibly helpful and hand-on, even from a distance, taking care that the flat is well-kept and clean at all times. The flat is near the center (20mn walk) but also very close to some small hiking trails, perfect for an afternoon stroll.

We had a great stay, everything is good, the apartment is very functional! The host is very responsive and made our stays very pleasant, we will come back without hesitation. We highly recommend, unique experience 🙂
