Nice cottage on large, snug and child friendly plot with sun every hour of the day. The cottage has been substantially refurbished in recent years, with a new kitchen, newer bathrooms and bright, pleasant bedrooms. There are three bedrooms in the main cabin, and an annex with four beds as well as a private toilet. The cottage has a large veranda with several seating groups. It is of course lovely to be here in the summer, but the cabin is well isolated, with wood firing as well as a new heat pump. So it's a perfect option in autumn and winter as well.

The city center of Fredrikstad and the college, is only 20 minutes away by foot. 5 minutes to the free ferry that takes you to the old town or city center. Proximity to beach and swimming jetty. Short distance to Brevik'en marina with dining. Only 20 minutes to Sarpsborg city center, to Gamlebyen in Fredrikstad and Halden and 25 minutes to Strømstad.

Hytta har tre soverom, to med dobbeltseng og et med familiekøye for tre. Åpen stue/kjøkkenløsning. Ingen oppvaskmaskin, men en fantastisk utsikt mens du gjør jobben. Bad med dusj, toalett og vaskemaskin. Fine uteplasser med spisegrupper, sofagruppe og gassgrill. Hytta ligger ca 150 m fra parkering og en sti tar deg til bademuligheter på ca 7 min.

The sauna is in the side building. The cabin has WiFi.
