The place is located about 1 km from the ferry dock on Ågskardet, close to the sea. View from the house, to fjords and mountains in the area. Good opportunity for mountain trips, both easy and more demanding. Best suited for 2, or a small family. The house is from the 1800s, but renovated and new bathroom with shower in 2017. Formerly a granary, but housing since 1946, and has retained some of the original character. Equipped for simple cooking, with a stove. Refrigerator and freezer. Electric car charging only by appointment in advance. One bedroom, steep stairs up.

The cabin is of high standard, 4 bedrooms with a total of 7 beds. There is water, electricity, heat pump and wood stove. The kitchen is well-equipped. Bathroom with heated floor, shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. The cabin has its own Wi-Fi. TV can be connected to Apple TV or Comcast. Outside, under the stars, you can enjoy a Jacuzzi for 5 people. The water is cleaned by the owner. There are several terraces with outdoor furniture, barbecue hut, woodshed, pizza oven and gas grill. In summer it is possible to rent a small boat without an engine for 30 euros.

Idyllic Storvik is a small village on the far side of the Nordland coast in the middle between Saltstraumen and Svartisen. The surroundings are sea, mountains, sandy beach and fishing waters. Here you can stay in the old village school that we in the family have transformed into a modern apartment. There are several marked hiking trails in the area. They range from very easy, to more advanced trips for real "mountain goats". If you prefer to relax on the beach and enjoy nature from a distance, it is perfectly possible from the 1.5 km long sandy beach.

We rent out a new and great apartment in a unique natural area overlooking Tjongsfjorden and as a starting point for fishing trips and trips in the fields and mountains! You can borrow a boat from us and use our barbecue hut, the possibility to fillet fish is on site. We are a registered tourist fishing company. Here you can enjoy an active holiday with mountain trips, paddling, swimming or cycling. If you just want to relax, the large terrace is perfect for sunbathing and barbecuing or just relaxing with a good book. Here you have everything you need for a comfortable vacation. If the weather is bad, you have panoramic views of the natural elements from the inside.

Oldefarstua - by the sea

In this peaceful and spacious place, the whole group will be comfortable. 4 bedrooms, private TV room, workplace with a view, dining area both in the kitchen and in the living room. Nice view from most rooms. Spacious terrace and large lawn. The house is newly renovated in its original 50-60s style, with a focus on environment and recycling. The sandy beach and the sea are just nearby. We have wild and beautiful nature around us on all sides, and bright summer nights as well as winter storms can be enjoyed here.

Guest house/Apartment

Recharge your batteries at this unique and tranquil place to stay. Brand new made annex that is all up to today's standard. There is both a stove, hob, fridge, TV as well as a sofa bed. Brand new bathroom with toilet and shower. Unfortunately no public transport available but is free parking space. Here you'll find everything you need, from bedding to towels. Just walk right in, relax, and enjoy ☺️ There's also a fire pan you can enjoy ☺️ If you are lucky, you can get a glimpse of the northern lights :)

Bedroom 1: double bed, Bedroom 2: two single beds Cottage with 2 beds. Bathroom w/ washing machine, shower, toilet. Open living room/kitchen solution with stove, fridge, dining table, sofa set, wireless internet and TV. Terrace with seating area and great views. Short distance to great hiking opportunities in the area.

BOLGA, a remote IDYLL N of the ARCTIC CIRCLE

Bolga is a beautiful island on the Helgeland coast with approx 85 friendly inhabitants, a grocery store and a tavern. Exciting conditions for hiking, climbing, bouldering, kayaking, diving, seakiting, fishing and foraging. The cottage is situated in the south-west corner, 2 km easy walking from the harbour. Daily connection with the mainland by ferry or local boat to/from Ørnes and express boat to/from Bodø/Sandnessjøen. You may observe the amazing Northern Light from September.
