Velkommen til Isbjerget! Denne fuldkomne unikke oplevelse denne lejlighed giver, er noget I vil huske i lang tid. Fra dobbeltsengen fra Carpe Diem ser man direkte ud på Aarhus Bugt. Nærmest som om ens fødder er i vandet. Lejlighed er på 80 m2 på 6. sal og er udstyret med opvaskemaskine, vaskemaskine og tørretumbler, så dine våde håndklæder kan tørres efter et morgenbad i havet. Mosskovhuset is located at the foot of Rold Forest but still within walking distance of trains, cinema and shopping. Enjoy the tranquility and simple life in this peaceful and centrally located home. The house is about 60 km2 and consists of: small kitchen, living room with 1 bed, bathroom and bedroom on the 1st floor with 3 beds where one can be folded out. There are duvets and towels included and white cotton bed linen can be included for an additional fee.

Enjoy the garden or the sunset over the lake from the bench, or take a walk in the Swan Mill Park, which is located at the end of the garden. The cottage is centrally located in Svenstrup town. 5 minutes walk to Svenstrup train station, where you can get to Aalborg in 9 minutes. Shopping such as SuperBrugsen, Rema or Coop365 is a two-minute walk from the cottage.

Hyggelig 1. salslejlighed på vores gård, beliggende i landlige omgivelser. Boligen ligger centralt i Østjylland, 18 km fra Århus C og 9 km fra tilkørslen til motorvej E45. Til lejligheden hører en syd/østvendt terrasse, hvor der er mulighed for at tænde op i bålet. Der er plads til fire gæster. Vi har en sød, børnevenlig og rolig hund, og en grå kat, som går frit på ejendommen. Hunden og katten må ikke være i lejligheden.
