The house is a 35 minute drive from Pescara Airport and 1 hour and 45 mins away from Rome.

A few minutes from the sea and ski slopes, nestled in the hills of Pescarese but only 25 minutes from the sea, 40 minutes from the mountains and a 5-minute drive to the highway. Only SMALL dogs are allowed.
