The home features a heated pool, a cliffside hot tub and three king suites, each with its own private bathroom. **The pools are open Memorial weekend until labor day weekend. **Pool can be heated for $50 per day - must let us know 24 hours prior to arrival if wanting it heated.

This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath cottage sits on a rare flat lot with easy parking and a gentle walk to the private dock. Enjoy peaceful lake views, swimming, fishing, floating, and relaxing by the water with paddle board & lily pad! Bring your boat!

Chatham Cabin-Home of the Midwest Sunset!

Chatham Cabin offers incredible lake views with lake access including our 6 well dock that has a swim platform and ladder, fish sink and picnic table. The cabin includes a kitchenette with stove/oven-and all the kitchen essentials for cooking and staying in. The bathroom includes a 6 foot claw-foot tub w/shower. Nestled on a quiet lake road “Isle View” will not disappoint. We are close to Ha Ha Tonka State Park, Kinderhook and Lake Valley golf courses, Ball Park National’s and the Amphitheater.

NOTE: DOES NOT COME WITH BOAT SLIP, but you can tie up your boat on the outside of dock. Great location for fishermen or families. If you are looking for fancy, please look elsewhere. This is an older lake cabin with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and a large loft space that functions as additional sleeping quarters. Relax on the double-decker deck while the kids swim off the dock just feet away. We have a kayak and paddle boat, which you are welcome to use. Lots of seating space, with a grill on deck.
