Bed linens and towels should be brought by yourself. Cleaning must be done before checking out and must be done thoroughly, for example, vacuuming, drying the floors, dusting the bathroom and kitchen. So you leave the house in the condition it was in when you arrived. Rowing boat is included with the cabin. You need to clean the house before you check out.

Welcome to Liljestugan in central Sunne. Clean, smoke-free, and pet-free cottage. The house is built in 2021 and is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Fresh missing linens and towels are included during the stay. Also coffee, tea, shampoo, soap and laundry detergent as well as cleaning products. The cottage has a wooden deck facing south with dining furniture and barbecue. Grass areas for the kids to play on. Here you are close to Sunne summerland, shops, food restaurants and most tourist attractions in the municipality.

The cottage is beautifully located next to the Klarälven river. In the surrounding area, there are nice hiking trails and good opportunities for fishing. A large forest area, with plenty of moose, starts near the house. A five-minute drive will take you to a small swimming pond with its own beach and jetty. To Branäs ski resort, it takes 25 minutes and to Långberget, with both nice hiking trails and ski trails, it is an hour's drive. The cottage belongs to Länsmansgården, which was built in the mid-18th century. The owners live on the property.

Here you can relax and enjoy all the sounds of the forest, and hear the river quietly rushing past below the cabin. In the summer season it is possible to fish trout in the river. Road all the way, and parking on your own plot. Short distance to Östmark where there is a grocery store and gas station. It is about 5 km to the swimming area in the lake Kläggen and about 25 km to Torsby.

Distance: Ski Sunne 14 km, Sunne Sommarland 6 km, Mårbacka memorial farm 15 km, Rottneros Park 8.5 km, Västanå Theater 8.5 km, Sunne golf course 8 km.

A private drinking water well as well as exclusive fishing rights are, of course, included.

Bo i ett mysigt tentipitält omgivet av skog och sjön Fryken. Inuti finns dubbelsäng och soffa. Utanför tältet finns en vedugn där du kan laga mat under bar himmel samt en enkel matplats. Du har även egen tillgång till en timmerstuga som ligger alldeles intill med kokplattor, kylskåp och matplats & kaffe. Ett utedass ligger en kort promenad in i skogen. Parkering ligger cirka 150 m från platsen med en backe ner. Endast 15 min från Sunne centrum ligger detta smultronställe.
