Our cottage is located on the outskirts / edge of the forest / cul-de-sac. Suitable for 3 people (2 adults+ child). The municipality of Abtsgmünd has been a state-recognized health resort since 2010, meeting climatic and air hygiene requirements. Many hiking and cycling tours in the surrounding area. Our granny apartment was renovated in 1/25. Abtsgmünd is located on Bundesstraße 19 in the Kochertal between Aalen and Schwäbisch Hall. Close to shops, Parking spaces in front of and next to the house.

Ideal starting point for your day trips. Or a walk in the Franconian Highlands Nature Park and a swimming lake is also very close. The apartment is very cozy, rustically furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. The apartment is located in a private house on the upper very large floor, which is only needed for guests and has a very nice bathroom with rainforest shower (pictures follow). Perfect to unwind and relax...

Welcome to our lovingly designed and carefully renovated in-law. The approximately 45 sqm apartment has a separate entrance and is ideal for business or short vacationers due to its central location. Business travelers will appreciate the close proximity to local businesses such as CARL ZEISS, HENSOLDT or LEITZ. A reserved parking space is available in the adjacent parking lot.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area and is completely new. Parking is available right in front of the house. The shower is walk-in and the entrance can be made barrier-free without any problems. The apartment is located on the first floor. The shopping is within walking distance in 7 minutes as well as various restaurants and in summer also an ice cream parlor.
