Our balcony room with private shower/toilet has a size of 27 square meters. The sleeping-living room is one room. It is located on the second floor with magnificent mountain views. In our separate farmhouse parlor you can enjoy your breakfast (photo dining area) - does not belong to the apartment! But it's in the same house. Of course, the apartment is lockable. ARRIVAL Saturday or Sunday Please pay the tourist tax on site. €2.80 per person per day Minimum booking 6 days From May to September, minimum booking is 7 days

Complete panorama holiday home in Ummendorf for 2 persons. Here you can live in a really beautiful, 52 qm big, groomed and luxurious ambiance. We like decent colors, reduced facility but nevertheless a great comfort. All of this we do for our guests in our holiday home that was set up by us with much love and sense for beautiful things, as if we wanted to live there ourselves. A terrace and a little garden in south-west direction are part of our house.

There are several restaurants nearby (Chinese, Greek, Italian, Bavarian) The apartment has a garden. Directly behind the house (10 meters!) Is an exclusive gym with wellness area (fee / day about 16 euros). Many shopping possibilities (Aldi, Lidl, Kaufland, Deichmann, Tengelmann etc.) within 5 minutes walk.
