Cottage with room for 8 people (+ possibly 2) There is a spa in the house, as well as a pool and sauna in the common house, which is shared with 10 other houses. The pool is 5 x 4 m. There is a wood-burning stove, heat pump/air conditioning, TV package, Chromecast, dishwasher and washing machine, large loft with 2 mattresses and a PS4. There is a fully equipped kitchen. Newer beds There are plenty of board games, books and toys. Outdoors there are swings, slides, garden games, goals and trampoline. There's a gas grill and gas. There is a charger for electric cars by the pool house.

The price includes a 15.5% Airbnb fee A lovely family-friendly year-round cottage in the forest - 109 m2 + 45 m2 annex, outdoor jacuzzi, hot tub and sauna. Terraces around the house, beach volleyball court and campfire area. A short distance to the sea and 10 minutes to lovely beaches in Øster Hurup and 5 minutes to shopping. The house sleeps 8-10 people. The house is equipped with fiber broadband and Wi-Fi that covers the entire property. In July and August, check-in is on Saturdays. There may be a lot of insects at times.

This modern house was built in 2022. 4 bedrooms, a total of 10 beds. + loft with room for 3 children. 2 bathrooms Carport with EV charger Free use of bicycles Short walk to the beach, mini golf, restaurants and playground. A large common football field only 100 meters from the cabin. Put & Take fishing island is 800 meters from the cabin. Sauna Short distance to Aalborg for shopping, zoo or a day in Fårup Sommerland. Animals and parties are not allowed!

Our home is nestled in the front row by the sea with a breathtaking panoramic view. Built in 2023, with two restrooms, a large open kitchen and living room, and four bedrooms plus an annex with an additional bedroom, there's plenty of space for everyone to relax. Enjoy the outdoor bathtub and sauna (wood) or try out the outdoor Shelter. Our spacious home also includes a huge garden with soccer goals, trampoline, and play area for the kids and outdoor eating areas with BBQ. Perfect year-round!
