Relax with the whole family in this peaceful newly renovated home located individually in a rural setting. Only 30 meters to natural pastures, the forest right next door and views out over the fields. 2.5 km to the nearest municipal swimming area and 3.5 km to the next one. Possibility to find your own swimming area in nature is 1 km away. Nice bike paths, walking paths and nice nature right at your doorstep. The accommodation is a wing building on the farm with private parking, garden and entrance secluded from the main building.

The cozy 30 sqm house accommodates everything you need for a comfortable self-catering stay, whether you are staying one night or several weeks. With proximity to trains, buses, Norrköping and Kolmårdens zoo, the location is perfect for culture, hiking and nature experiences. Local restaurants and grocery stores are also within walking distance. An ideal accommodation for two adults who appreciate the little extra.

Newly built luxury beach house (1) in Varamon Motala

Newly built Attefall house with the absolute best location on the longest lake in the Nordic region and one of Sweden's finest beaches. With walking paths, cafes and restaurants, it's a place that has something for everyone. The shallow, clean water is sheltered in a cove that is perfect for surfing and kayaking. Close to padel courts, tennis courts, miniature golf. No pets allowed. Sheets/towels are brought yourself, but can be rented for SEK 100/person. Events/parties are not allowed. Water pipes/smoking not allowed!

Lovely house in the countryside

Welcome to Snickargården in scenic Stora Mosshult, Tiveden! Here you rent a charming newly renovated house built in 1886 with room for up to 8 guests. In the house, there are all amenities from our time but with saved details from before. Hiking trails and swimming lake are within walking distance. Tiveden's sights are close to the distance and can be reached by bicycle or car. Bed linens, towels and final cleaning are included. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets, as many of our guests are fur allergic.

The Lakehouse (Nybyggt)

Att få bli ett med naturen i en magisk omgivning är något speciellt. Här kan ni slappna av och bara njuta! Till byggnaden hör även en terrass med bord & stolar. Byggnad uppfördes 2023 där byggmaterial är närproducerat, möbler & elektronik är återbrukade för att få ett så litet klimatavtryck som möjligt. Jag och min fru driver även boendet " The View" på samma adress och hoppas att våra gäster kommer bli minst lika nöjda med "The Lake house". Läs gärna recensioner på "The View"

Welcome to beautiful Västervik! The house of 30 sqm contains a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom with shower, Bedroom with 2 beds and sleeping loft for 2 people. Pillows, duvets, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Of course, there is TV, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth speakers. Bicycles are available to borrow, it is only about 10 min to Västervik Resort and about 15 minutes to the city center. Note: The house has been expanded in 2025 to get to a proper bedroom.

Sagotorp

Här bor ni enkelt men sagolikt. Stugan är offgrid men med praktiska lösningar för en bekväm vistelse. Turistattraktioner som Göta kanal, Nordens största insjöbad och Bergs slussar ligger nära. Borensberg (5 min med bil, 10 min med cykel) erbjuder badplatser, minigolfbanor, caféer, restauranger, matbutiker, inredningsbutiker, bra kommunala färdmedel och apotek. Vid er ankomst välkomnar vi er och går igenom allt praktiskt som medför ett offgridboende. Välkomna!

Gallgrinda, Seahouse

Här kan du bo helt utan störande ljud av trafik osv. Njut istället av ljudet av naturen. Räkna med att det landar fåglar precis framför er i vattnet och naturen ger sitt otvetydliga avtryck. En plats att njuta och slappna av på. I omgivningen finns det stora ekar som ger en känsla av minnen från svunna tider. Under sommaren finns möjlighet till fiske och bad, samt brygga o båt. Här får du ett helt nybyggt hus med alla bekvämligheter.
