Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Die Wohnung wurde komplett renoviert 1/26. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Pers. (3) und einem Kind geeignet. Ein Kinderbett + Extras sind inkl. 1 Hunde-Kissen ist bei Wunsch vorhanden. Du hast eine eigene Terrasse mit separaten Zugang zu Whg. Unser Gartennutzung n RS. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, ländlich. 200 Meter bis zum See in dem gebadet werden kann. Romantic quiet apartment

Peace, romance, idyll, Baltic Sea, pure nature, quiet but also trendy Baltic Sea resorts such as Grömitz within easy reach. You will stay in a historic former inn, which was lovingly completely restored and modernized in 2016. The location near the Baltic Sea is a perfect base for exploring the treasures of Ostholstein. For hikers and bikers, the Baltic Sea and Holstein Switzerland are just outside the door. You can reach the beach by car or by bike in a few minutes.

The holiday apartment is about 100 m² in size, has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is to level earth and has its own entrance. It has its own terrace and is located to the south side of the house. Rooms are furnished with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge. The bathroom has a large corner bathtub and a double sink. In the living room there is a large flat screen TV. And many shelves with books to suit every taste.

Relax in a modernly furnished wooden house directly on the Baltic Sea. After the walk on the beach, jump under the garden shower in the wind-protected garden and then relax in the warm bathtub, listen to the seagulls, maybe go to the sauna again before you retreat to the lounge on the veranda or to the protected loggia to relax. Welcome to the Baltic Sea! This apartment is the entire lower floor of a detached house. Here you will find everything you need for a nice vacation. The garden with terrace, lawn, pond and carport is all yours. It doesn't always have to be the beach, but it is only 500 meters away. Shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance. You are also welcome to bring your dog. The property is fenced.
