Vacation rentals in Östra Strö

The cottage is unbelievably charming just like Ystad itself. However small the house is, you see something new every time between the used items (which are for sale by the way?) Sven is a very pleasant and wise man, who knows a lot about the city. We went on tour with him for a day and literally and figuratively opened doors for us everywhere. We were 2 adults and two teenagers. This was tight, but doable. Especially since the weather was very nice. Thanks for everything! Lisa and the rest

Johnny & Chatarina’s house was perfect. It is very spacious and very well equipped with a beautiful lake view from the terrace. Everything was new and clean! The house has a grill outside, a private jacuzzi and even games to play. The surroundings are extremely relaxing with the lake so close by and multiple tracks for walking in the area. The supermarket and the city is approx 8 min drive away. The highlight for us was the use of the Kanu, kayak or rowing boats, allowing us to explore the beautiful lake almost for ourselves or trying out fishing. Overall a perfect stay and I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Celebrated girlfriends birthday at this cozy "small living" cabin, when we reached the cabin there was no difficulty getting in. Once inside, we were greeted by a flower and small surprise as it was birthday celebration, incredibly nice and kind made by Minna! The accommodation itself was very conceived as they have angled the cabin perfectly so it really feels like you are completely alone at the estate. Will 100% be back here again.

We are a family of 5 (kids ages 15, 13 and 9) and stayed at the cabin for 5 nights. Our favorite part was by far the peaceful lake setting. Sitting around a campfire with the sun setting over the lake was the best part of our day! The two bedrooms are comfortable. My oldest son slept on the sleeper sofa, and he did not complain. The only tricky part is the toilet, but once you get used to it, it's not that bad. There are also lots of things to do - we took hikes in Soderasen National park, rode the bike trolleys near Klippan and went zip lining at Multilevel Zipline park (about 40 min drive away). Overall, great mix of relaxation and activity.

Very nice accommodation for two adults and two kids. Proximity to much in Österlen within 10 minutes you will find Eklaholm, Sandhammaren, Alestenar, Backagården, Kåseberga, Daliafarmen, Olof Victors and Backåkra. Also close to Ystad and Simrishamn. Clean and tidy. Great that bed linens, towels and cleaning are included. Full kitchen. Only positive. Highly recommended!

Magnus is a great host and the stay at his family home was wonderful. The house is very cozy and fully equipped. We enjoyed the pool, the Sonos speakers in the whole house, the BBQ and generally the whole vibe this house gives. The whole residence and garden was available to us exclusively. We had three sleeping rooms to ourselves, two bathrooms, a big kitchen and a really nice living room. Also the outdoor areas are very nice. Having a washing machine and dryer was useful. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. Magnus was always available via messages and super helpful, no matter if it came down to topics around the accomodation, what to do or where to go. He even made sure we received a present for a small inconvenience. Overall, we are very happy with our stay and our hosts. We recommend them kindly.

We were warmly welcomed by Nils and Pim upon our arrival. The house is situated in the fields and is beautiful and quiet. Nils is always on site as a point of contact and therefore easy to reach if questions really arise. The kitchen is well equipped, everything a chef's heart desires is available. Since there is a maritime climate here, even when it rains, this rain is quickly over. The location close to Malmö and Trelleborg and Koppenhagen (about 30 km) is simply super central. 1 supermarket in the nearest village, others nearby. great excursions to Malmö, Copenhagen, Lund, Trelleborg and Falsterbo (super beach). The place is very clean and in summer when the roses bloom a dream. We also enjoyed the small creek behind the house very much. If you like, you can shop 24/7 with an app at the nearby farmer's shop. We can definitely recommend Nils' little paradise and felt very comfortable.

In a nutshell: great house, beautiful surroundings and a super nice host! With a boat/kayak on the doorstep, our own sauna and great excursion ideas from Petter, we had a great week in Sweden. 🇸🇪 Everything was really uncomplicated and relaxed.
