The Sleepout

Quiet location with a short walk for elevated views over Mercury Bay, Whitianga Harbour, Flaxmill Bay, Shakespears Cliff and Cooks Beach. Six minute drive to the centre of town, close enough to enjoy the local attractions of Whitianga and surrounding Coromandel. Take a short walk to take in the views over Wharekaho beach or follow the paths to take you to the beach.

Cooks Beach Studio Escape

Freshly renovated studio room, blonded timber, quality modern fit out and restful decor make this room a pleasure to reside in. Complete with kitchenette, located in the same space as bedroom (see pics) seperate bathroom across a small covered gangway and outdoor furniture on the rear of our reserve front property just a 2 min walk from the beach. Whitianga Bach walk to town and amenities.

Cosy, comfortable and clean 2 BDRM Bach. Short walk to town, estuary and ferry, less than 1 km to buffalo beach. Bach has a bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet. Kitchen has a fridge/freezer, stove, microwave and crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, coffee, tea, sugar. Free wifi and Samsung Smart TV in the lounge. Heat pump. No children under the age of 15. We don't do breakfasts but the cafes and restaurants are a 5 minute walk away. Nice covered outdoor seating area.

Studio with a View

Our Studio room opens onto a paved terrace with views over the ocean. The studio is well equipped with kitchenette, table & chairs, armchairs, separate shower & bathroom, separate toilet. There is a barbecue for cooking and an outside covered space. We supply a simple breakfast of muesli, yoghurt and milk. If you are dairy free and require something different please let me know. The pool and spa overlook the ocean and have amazing views.

Just 500 mtrs to the beach for a swim or walk the 4 kms into town. A 5 minute drive along the beach front to the cafes, restaurants and bars . 20 Minutes to Lukes Kitchen or 42kms to Coromandel. Its calm, close to everything yet hidden away.
