The Erzgebirge, the Spreewald and the Upper Lusatia can be reached in about 60 minutes. Shopping can be found in the village. Our apartment is located in the attic of our residential building with a beautiful view over the quiet district of Klotzsche. It consists of a living room and a bedroom as well as a hallway, kitchen and bathroom with shower. The walk to the tram that goes directly to the city center takes about 5 minutes. Basically, everyone is welcome with us, but the apartment is not barrier-free due to the location in the attic and difficult to reach for small children.

The kitchen has a dishwasher and a ceramic stovetop with oven. It is equipped with pots and dishes. A dining table, couch and pantry are also available.

It is ideally suited to relax in a quiet environment after a busy day in the city. Free parking is available right outside the front door. Pets are not allowed. No extra guests and no visitors allowed. The rear garden cannot be used.
