This cozy 1-room apartment is located on the high ground floor of a beautifully renovated, listed old building, with wonderful views of the Elbe in a quiet location not far from the center. The Elbradweg leads directly past the house and the tram stop 9, which reaches the old town, Semperoper, etc. in 10 minutes, is right behind the house. The traditional Ballhaus Watzke guesthouse and many other restaurants and beer gardens are in the neighborhood, as are Aldi, Rewe, DM...

They have a locked apartment / 40 m2 on level ground. The terrace invites you to sit outdoors.The 2 beds are 1 m wide and 2 m long. The sofa bed is 2×2 m extended and can be used as a 3rd bed. With us you can play table tennis , billiards and darts. Hiking through the vineyards of Seußlitz and the Elbe bike path just 400 m away invite you. Parking spaces and 2 bicycles are available free of charge. Meisse, Moritzburg and Dresden nearby excursion destinations .

Our apartment is equipped with everything your heart desires. It is located in the western district of Dresden Cossebaude. Nearby the apartment there are various shopping and activities (bakery, butcher, supermarket, bank, outdoor pool, fitness center). Bus and train can be reached on foot in 5 min. and by train (13 min), bus (30 min, every 20 min also drives at night) or car (15 min) in Dresden city center. The Elbe Trail can be reached by bike within 5 minutes.

We rent our small, cozy holiday home, which is located directly on the edge of the forest in nature. The guest house is ideal for 2 adults and small families ( +2 children) who want to relax and unwind from the stress. Also for a weekend trip there is room for 4 adults who want to hike through the adjacent vineyards. In the Elbe Valley you can also make a lot of excursions by bike. We are looking forward to many friendly, respectful and tidy guests.

Our apartment is located in the attic of our residential building with a beautiful view over the quiet district of Klotzsche. It consists of a living room and a bedroom as well as a hallway, kitchen and bathroom with shower. The way to the tram going directly to the city center is about 5 minutes. Basically, everyone is welcome with us, but the apartment is not accessible because of the location in the attic and difficult for small children.

Modern cottage directly on a small lake. Practically furnished to unwind for a few days in the middle of nature and to switch off.
