Our apartment is located in the attic of our residential building with a beautiful view over the quiet district of Klotzsche. It consists of a living room and a bedroom as well as a hallway, kitchen and bathroom with shower. The walk to the tram that goes directly to the city center takes about 5 minutes. Basically, everyone is welcome with us, but the apartment is not barrier-free due to the location in the attic and difficult to reach for small children.

Dear guests, the apartment is located in a family house on the ground floor. It has its own, separate entrance. Keys are handed over via the key box. You will receive the code 24 hours before the stay. This means you are completely alone and undisturbed in the apartment. The parking lot is just in front of the front door. The apartment is equipped with SATELLITE TV: Astra DE and HotBird PL (Canal+). Internet access is via WiFi as well as network.

Blue surprise

The apartment has one bedroom, a kitchen-living room and a bathroom. The bedroom overlooking the garden is very bright and friendly through two windows. There is a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a 140 bed. The bathroom with window has a bathtub, 80 liters of hot water and a shower curtain. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a ceramic stovetop with oven. It is equipped with pots and dishes. A dining table, couch and pantry are also available.

The apartment (35 m² bedroom, combined kitchen/living room, bathroom - each room separate) is located in the quiet district of Dresden Dölzschen, in a 2-family house plus the apartment. It is ideally suited to relax in a quiet environment after a busy day in the city. Free parking is available right outside the front door. Pets are not allowed. No extra guests and no visitors allowed. The rear garden cannot be used.
