Thanks to its location on the A94, you can easily get to Munich city center by car. On weekdays, a convenient bus connection provides extra flexibility. The apartment is idyllically located overlooking the Ebersberg Forest. Trade fair visitors can drive to the Riem trade fair in about 12 minutes. It is fully furnished, fully equipped, and bed linens and towels are included.

(1 x double bed, 1 x slightly wider bed) Good transport links via the adjacent expressway (FTO). You can reach the thermal spa Erding in about 10 minutes, the Riem trade fair in 20 minutes, as well as Munich Airport. It is 10 minutes to the A 94. (Entrance/exit Markt Schwaben) The nearest S-Bahn stops are 5 minutes away by car (St. Koloman or Ottenhofen).

This apartment is a separate area in a detached house with a private bathroom and a full kitchen. It is located in the basement as a semi-basement apartment with 2 large windows. The furniture was completely new in 2022. A large smart TV and Wi-Fi are available and there is also the possibility to use the washing machine. The house itself is situated in an idyllic location in the countryside. Destinations such as the thermal spa Erding and Munich can be reached in 30 minutes by car.
