New Summer house in absolute 1st row and own beach by the bay of musholm and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is of 50m2 and with 10m2 annex. In the house there are entrances, bath/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to lovely large hems. The house has air conditioning and a woodburning stove. Annex includes room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is an outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as lofts and alcoves.

The house is spacious, high ceilings and with many cozy nooks. Bed linen, one towel, and one bath towel per person are included. Beachhouse! then a real cottage/summerhouse where it exudes grandma's coziness! No TV , but lots of books and games. (there is good 4G connection). It is cozy when the stove is lit, the house can also be heated with the heat pump, heating can be started before arrival. With 200 metres down to Fønsvig, where you'll find a beach, and a small jetty for a morning swim. If you are fishing, you go out and catch plaice or other fish species.
