Cozy apartment in a quiet location with balcony

The apartment is on the first floor and is nice and cool in summer. It has been completely renovated and lovingly designed by us with a lot of craftsmanship. The wood workshop is in the house. (only as a hobby....no noise is to be expected)😉 The garden is a small oasis and in it is my florist workshop, which I run commercially. The rooms of the apartment are bright, spacious and friendly. Blackout blinds are attached. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could ever need. As host, I live on site and am always available to answer any questions you may have. Books and games are provided.

The apartment is 1min away from the market and town center, with the view directly on the Herderplatz. It is located in a listed building, which was built in 1570th The building has been lovingly restored and renovated with traditional materials such as clay. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has one of the most beautiful views of the Herderplatz. It is bright and sunny. There is a balcony to the back side of the house, belonging to the apartment. Perfect for smokers and in summer.

10 minutes by car in the center. Nonetheless, peace & nature. The apartment in the converted basement of the detached house is about 20 sqm and has: - separate entrance - anteroom with small kitchenette (fridge, induction hob, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, etc.) - sleeping area with 140cm double -Small bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin. Our apartment is located in a rural area, between the state capital of Erfurt and the cultural city of Weimar. The two cities can be reached by car in about 10-15 minutes. In Sohnstedt directly there is a very nice sauna area (Pelto-Bad), which invites you to relax. The area around the Hohenfelden reservoir with its numerous recreational opportunities is about 12 km away.

Sometimes families or groups are too big, but it's not worth renting a second apartment. Or there is simply no more space. This can be the solution: To expand our vacation rentals, we have set up the guest room Cantina with bathroom in the basement of our house next to the library – a bit like the classic “bed and breakfast”.
