Outstanding accommodations! Shayne’s house has everything you can think of ; beautifully designed, top of the line appliances, gourmet kitchen, comfortable beds, and very well decorated with lots of natural light throughout. Shayne responded quickly to my questions. I will definitely come back.

Rented for a Girls Getaway for 3. Just as described and depicted in photos. On a dead-end street, Home was very clean and spacious with tons of natural light. Lovely furnishings. Beds so comfortable! Kitchen had everything needed. Close to Perth for shopping and restaurants. 10 mins to Murphy’s Point for XC skiing. Excellent communication from Candice. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved staying here with my family, my parents and my brother, it was so spacious and the best stocked Air BNB I’ve ever stayed at in terms of kitchen utensils and activities to do. We used the sauna, jumping into the still freezing lake to cool off, the hot tub and got out onto the water using the kayaks and canoe. There were life jackets in assorted sizes, water guns for the kids. The space is amazing for entertaining, visiting from abroad, we used our stay to host and catch up with aunts and uncles and cousins I haven’t seen in many many years and everyone enjoyed the day so much. Our kids made great memories as their first time being “up north”. Would absolutely stay again the next time we visit Canada.

The space is very interesting and matches the pictures. The kitchen had all the utensils and appliances you need to cook comfortably. There was a lots is space, although care for young children would be recommended. The liability insurance here does mean that visitors need to be limited so if you are visiting family it is a factor to keep in mind. I enjoyed my stay and it was a great location in the middle of Perth and Smiths Falls, about an hour from Ottawa.
