Il est sept minutes a pied de la lagune de Oualidia. il se trouve dans un endroit calme et sécurisé. Rapport qualité prix est très convenable. Deux minute a pied pour se restaurer ou bien faire des courses. L' appartement est très propre, ensoleillé, et équipé du nécessaire. la construction est très moderne mais en gardant bien sûre l'aspect traditionnel.
