The center is close by, as is the Abe Lenstra football stadium, but also the Thialf ice stadium is not far away. If you want to enjoy nature, the forest of Oranjewoud is also within walking distance.

In a very convenient location compared to the beautiful forests of the Oranjewoud and the center of Heerenveen, this cute holiday home with its own sun terrace and unobstructed views of the garden is located. This former garage has recently been completely transformed into a comfortable and cozy studio. You can enjoy cycling and walking nearby and the Frisian lake area is a 20 minute drive from here. Furthermore, the center of Heerenveen offers plenty of cozy terraces and bars.

Here in the quiet Frisian Rohel, you can really be outside, feel the wind in your hair and the sun on your skin. Cycling and walking along the meadows and (cold) swimming in the Tjeukemeer. Drink a glass of wine on the terrace by the water, with the view of infinity, under the old fruit trees in the garden. Apart from the sounds of birds, the rustling of the wind and in the distance a tractor, you hear nothing at all here. The sunsets can be amazingly beautiful here.

You share at most the hall to enter, otherwise you are private, including garden! Everything is remotely coordinated As of January 2016, I am the proud owner of a former drive-in home. This allows me to give the luxury to you as a guest(s) of a private floor. In the centre (450 m), close to the station (1 km).

Geniet in de zomer van je ruime prive tuin met zitgedeelte, een veranda en een hangmat tussen de bomen. In de winter zit je heerlijk knus binnen bij de houtkachel die de ruimte binnen no-time verwarmd. De tinyhouse is compact maar van alle gemakken voorzien!

De Caravans staan op een rustige camping met weids uitzicht over de weilanden. Rust en Ruimte en genieten van de natuur. Genieten van een ontbijt, warme broodjes, lokaal ijs, of een dagplate wat bij de caravan geserveerd wordt. Prachtige fietsgelegenheden en leuke dorpen op fiets afstand. In de zomer zijn er vele activiteiten in de dorpen te beleven zoals de ballonfeesten en het skûtsjesilen op de Friese meren. Geniet van Friesland!

Nice house on the Boarne, near the Frisian lakes

Our house is a small but very nice house. From the jetty, get on the boat and sail towards the Frisian lakes. The house is very quiet and has all the comforts. You can stay with 4 people at the Wjitteringswei. The beds are lovely. They are now as a double bed but can also be set up as 4 single beds. WiFi is of course also there. And most importantly, a fantastic view. Check-in from 3pm and check-out until 12pm.

Sleep in Klein Epema

10 minutes from Leeuwarden and 4 minutes from Grou is our rural farm in Idaerd. This fully furnished, modern apartment has all the comforts. The bathroom has a sink, a rain and hand shower and a toilet. There is an equipped kitchen equipped with an induction stove, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and combi microwave/oven. Smart TV, Nespresso, kettle are available. Kitchen, bathroom and bed linen are provided.

This charming and comfortable apartment (with its own entrance) is located behind our house and is the perfect base for exploring the beautiful surroundings of Heerenveen. The barn house offers everything you need for a pleasant stay for 2 people. Because this location is on a semi-dead-end street, it is very quiet in terms of traffic.
