Excellent apartment with great location. Very much recommended

The apartment itself was cozy and clean, and the host was very friendly. The only downside is the noise of the environment, especially at night, which is not properly melted by such a country. Otherwise, the area is beautiful and the building itself is peaceful.

I got to come visit with my daughter for a week & am very glad we stayed here. It was just minutes from the university so she could walk to class. The grocery store was just around the corner so very convenient if I needed something. The condo is just as described & we had everything we needed. Valentina was always very quick to respond. Would absolutely recommend.

A nice and very clean apartment with everything you might need for a weekend getaway. Incredibly lovely to have a sauna in the home but even more amazing was the giant terrace where you could both eat and chill in the sun. Quite warm in the apartment already in April but great value in having such large private areas available. Highly recommend!

Lovely apartment and would definitely book again if there are trips to Oulu! Easy check-in and an ideal location to walk to the train station, the city, and even Ouluhalli. Dishes, bedding, etc. of high quality, and brought “everyday luxury” to a trip. The apartment had everything you could need.

Spacious and cozy apartment. It was well entertained for 3 nights with 2 adults, 2 children and 2 cats. Basic cleaning well done, comfortable beds ready. Plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. Small repairs (sauna door punch) and refinement cleaning (kitchen appliances, oven, under couch cushions) would have a tenth bed. The washer worked well, but there was no dryer.

First I was little bit afraid, because of the railway, but its absolutely fine, very quiet. Apartment its not a fancy one, but its clean and you can find everything you need. After 2 month been there, feel like raelly at home. Good place

This room is very centrally located, close to restaurants and all it is offering. Public transportation just around the corner, like the railway station and buses. Despite the size of the apartment, everything you needed was there. Well equipped kitchen, tv, bathroom with a washing machine. The top floor gives a glimpse of downtown. Very easy to find and to get in. Nice!

Convenient location right next to the supermarket. Oulu itself was a 10 minute drive away. House was clean, modern furnishings and ideal for 2 people. Definitely recommended!

Everything was going great and the apartment was great value!

I spent one month in the apartment and it was really comfortable. I had everything I needed. The rooms were nicely decorated and I felt really Home for the time being there. The desk and additional screen available made doing desk work in the AirBnB really good. The location was just perfect - most things in walking distance but also a bus stop right around the corner. I would definitely consider booking this apartment again!

The stay was clean and well located. It was also good to have free parking and a shop next door.

The property matched the description and was peaceful. We stayed for the weekend and had a great time. I can recommend!
